On January 24, 2017 the Board of Supervisors (Board) authorized the consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment for 6060 Arlington Boulevard (Tax Map Parcel 51-4 ((1)) 5A) in the Baileys Planning District, Seven Corners Community Business Center, Mason Supervisor District. The adopted Plan for this area recommends office at an intensity of .20 FAR. The Board requested that staff consider redevelopment of the property from office use to residential use up to approximately 12 dwelling units per acre.
