Goodwin House
Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads is a community like no other and it’s in the heart of Bailey’s Crossroads, convenient to shopping, accessible by public transportation, but also surrounded by garden areas which are enjoyed by our more than 400 residents. Our community completed a $135 million expansion and repositioning in January 2010 and if you have not been by to see us, you owe it to yourself to pay us a visit. We now boast a state-of-the-art health club with indoor swimming pool and fitness center, a formal dining room as well as an informal bistro and outdoor dining areas all connected to our new cocktail lounge. We have a well-renowned art center with a professional creative arts director and the expansion allowed us to add a new art gallery where we can exhibit artwork from residents and local artists. Our exhibits change every eight weeks so there is always something new to see.
Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads offers several beautiful floor plans with expansive views of the Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia skylines. We have several financial options and we have a great reputation for our customer service and medical care in our wellness center.
